Very friendly staff. And I was really happy with the selection of recliners! Especially the one I actually wanted was on sale. Woohoo! They even loaded it in my car for me!!! Great experience!
I work in an assisted living facility. We bought a desk and bookshelf for the office from U&I just as COVID-19 was hitting. When the shipment came in, they not only stored the furniture for us until we made plans for safe delivery into our building, but they delivered following strict social distancing procedures per our specific request. As they were finishing up the delivery, I asked about a drawer on the desk that wasn’t functioning properly, and they took the time to adjust it to work perfectly. Wonderful service and beautiful furniture!
They easily had the best prices on couches and beds in the valley. When we compared at other local stores or even online, most were close to double in price. We will definitely be returning customers in the future!
Very professional and helpful family-run business. Affordable high quality furniture at bargain prices. Wife and I looked all over town and even in Salt Lake for living room furniture. Finally ended up here. Wish we’d come here first.
