Comfort Suites Golden West on Evergreen Parkway

Great stay. Super clean, friendly helpful staff. Awesome mattress, plenty of parking...everything I was looking for in a hotel. Can't wait to come back!!

I'm giving a five star because I got to spend three days with my wife. It's right off of I-70, so that's a +. But the assistant manager doesn't have no customer service. He doesn't greet nobody. There's an afternoon lady at the counter, she was great and the restaurant recommendations she gave us were all great too. Though, the rooms need some fixing. As soon as we went in we noticed the toilet was plugged, the moulding around the mirror was almost falling. But I hope to be back!!

Nice place..only thing was the very nice lady at the front desk said my card declined I explained half the rooms rate was already charged and I'd like to pay the remaining balance on my debit card..any how it was a mess and my funds got froze because of the nice lady at the front desk not paying attention to what I was asking her. Any how it seemed her and the other bald white gentleman gave us the cold shoulder for the rest of our stay ud83eudd14
