I personally am very particular about cake. This year I decided to buy my own for my birthday. After searching the island I found CJ & Y Decadent Desserts. The person I talked to was very nice and I was able to order exactly what I wanted. Boy, was I not disappointed. This was probably the best birthday cake I've ever eaten. Extremely happy! Thank you!
While at 3 Sisters Market on my birthday I decided to treat myself to a vanilla cake with raspberry compote and white chocolate mousse. And did I mention REAL butter cream frosting?? I have more than 30 years experience in the restaurant and food production industry. I even shared a commercial kitchen with a baker for 5 years. This was seriously THE BEST cake I have ever purchased. The cake was obviously made from scratch, the flavors and textures were spot on. Every one I shared it with went gaga! Thank you for the deliciousness!

Cj & Y Decadent Desserts made our wedding cake and it was perfect! We asked for a semi-naked cake with a combination of raspberry and lemon flavors and they delivered. I never thought we'd be those people who save their wedding cake for their first anniversary (I honestly never thought I'd love it that much), but they did such a terrific job that we saved what was left (not much because all the guests raved about and ate most of it!).
Delicious cake! They made a beautiful wedding cake, and it was seriously gone by the end of our reception. Our guests absolutely loved it!
