Always get good service here. Dude that's there has been working there a while and he does a good job. Prompt to the point and really tries to save the customer money. I really just wish the online or over the phone service was better with ATT. The instore has always been great and I have never had problems with this store that's for sure. Actually just got the new iPhone 12 here and again great prompt service to the point and explains things well.
Went in yesterday looking for a iPhone xr and got a awesome Hooke up on a family plan for my gf and I and got iPhone 11’s!! For cheaper than I thought. Very good service the guy was very nice. And will continue to be apart of AT&T again since 2015
Staff is helpful and friendly. They hooked me up with a sweet new Google pixel. This camera is amazing
The last several times my wife and I have been in, the manager is rude. He comes across gruff, grumpy, and only slightly interested in being kind to customers. Why can't people just smile once and act like the customers are important.
They sold me a defective phone, then refused to exchange the phone without charging me a 55 dollar fee. Staff was rude and watched TV the entire time I was there. When I brought it to the managers attention he was equally rude, and told me if I didnt like the service to call 611. I dealt with manager David and sales rep Rob
