The staff gets the job done, sometimes it seems they don't want to, but they get it done.
This store finally got their repro working well, and making prints for occasional needs for my business. When I picked up my prints today I noticed when I left that they are closing this location!!!??? But there is nothing about this on the website, or information about if they are just changing store location and staying in Oak Harbor. Does anyone know?
I had a time sensitive print job to do. I was having issues with the online order system. The clerk helping me was stumped. Ian the store manager was called in .He dealt with the online customer service got the job printed and delivered in time!!nGreatly appreciated the creative extra efforts to make it happen .
They did an awesome job of fixing the iPad my kids cracked the screen on and managed to bend the corners of. Made it look brand new again and the customer service I've experienced from everyone I've interacted with has also been great
Never have anything in stock, always told I need to order it on-line. Why have a store front if you aren't actually going to stock it?
