Was going there since they opened and my last visit before Valentines Day February 2021 was not relaxing or pleasant. My manicure, pedicure full leg waxing and massage SERVICE was “just ok” only because I felt so sorry for the worker. I felt rushed and Sunny (the supposed Manager) wasn’t nice to her staff by rushing them and being mean to them in their language. I will never go back. I always tip well but obviously this salon is about pushing customers in and out quickly. They were never like this before so the change especially during COVID Alarms me. Miss Sunny and the way I witnessed her treat others is Not my cup of tea...

I’m new to the area and made an appointment because of the good reviews. My first experience the girl seemed angry and was unfriendly. I get the ANC nails as I always get and the color was not the color picked. This was very obvious and I mentioned how different the color is and I was ignored. I didn’t pursue it because the color wasn’t terrible. Within a week two nails broke which is very very rare for me. I decided to go back and give someone else a try. I got ANC and a pedicure, forget it! Absolutely never again will I go here. Within 40 minutes my pedicure and nails were done. I was so rushed through the whole process it was terrible.

Most of the time they are wonderful except I have now had 2 terrible experiences here now. The first time a short chunky girl with black hair to her shoulder was rude to me when I was just trying to help a man who wanted to pay ahead for his wife. She proceeded to put her hand up to me and yelled at me about different options when if she would have shut up I would have told her what option he wanted based off of what he was saying about his wife. After the encounter I apologized to him for getting him yelled at and he proceeded to tell me that it was not my fault that she was rude from the beginning. Now the second time I just got my nails done and I picked out one of their pre designed nails which cost an extra 25 dollars and it is so sloppy and unprofessionally done im appalled and livid I was so excited for these nails and now im not happy at all. They need to train people so they can do a great job not a job my 5 year old could do (the sticker)

The staff is so sweet. I always feel better leaving than when I went in. Clean, sanitary, COVID dividers for protection. I feel very safe here.
