Good ,honest , friendly service. Very clean very safe .. good smelling , never musty or old smelling. My house hold items were very protected.. and I got my deposit back very promptly when I removed my belongings. Definitely would use them again.
The staff are totally professional, super competent, and they care! Very little staff turnover. Storage is safe, clean, and secure. It is like coming home! Highly recommend. (I'm moving my stored items the first week of April 2021 after two years at the East Northport, NY location, but I could not leave without posting an excellent review.)

The facility was always very clean, and very comfortable. The staff were very professional and understanding. They were very patient with me, and very friendly. I highly recommend this storage facility, along with it's staff!
Allen was incredibly helpful and accommodating. This was the best experience I have had when dealing with a self storage facility. He walked me through every step of the way and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. He made the whole moving process less stressful for me!
