This is probably one of the better storage places I’ve ever used. The place is always very clean. The wonderful woman that works there Debra is very knowledgeable And helpful. If you’re looking for a great place for storage in the Huntington area this is the place to go.
Needed a secure, clean, safe storage facility for long term placement of household items and Extra Space fit the bill. The staff, especially Debra, are friendly, caring, and always willing to be of help. Excellent facility. Via telephone I was quoted one price for a vehicle storage,but once in the store the price doubles,even by providing an audio recording of the phone transaction and the amount quoted Extras pace Storage wouldn't honor their own quote.nNot a good business practice.
This is a great storage place. The people are Courteous. I especially enjoyed speaking with Debra. She was always helpful and kind. I would have given 5 stars. But I had my reasons. The staff was not one.
So far so good. I am glad the facility is super clean, and organized efficiently. The sign up process wasnEasy... all online. I’m sure it is a good choice !
