These guys did such an awesome job! Everything stayed in tack and they were so nice and professional! definitely would give this a 10 star rating if I could.
Just finished with Helpful Movers, and while the two men who moved us were quick and friendly, we've got multiple pieces of broken furniture. We moved our delicate and fragile belongings ourselves to avoid issues, but probably should have rented a U-Haul and moved ourselves. One bookshelf was broken in their truck, which wouldn't have been a big deal by itself. While loading a $200+ office chair, it fell off of their truck and the back snapped to which one mover remarked "Oops, I broke something," and put the broken chair back into the truck. We also found a piece of pet furniture obviously broken after they left, which they did not inform us of. We brought up the chair to them, and apparently they are only liable for damage that occurs in transit. They knocked $25 off our total, but when the broken furniture is worth more than the cost of the move it hardly seems worth it.
We were told that 4 employees would come help us unload our items and the safe for 1 hour. There were only 3 that came and they only stayed for 40 minutes as they were a little late. Apparently their drive time counts towards your hour and this was not communicated to my husband at all on the phone. My husband had to help move his gun safe. It was too much money for what we received. We moved from out of state on August 20, 2020.
We heard of them through a friend’s recommendation and they did not disappoint. We needed help moving from Logan up to Boise and gave them 5 days notice. Luckily they had availability and pulled off the move for us. Demitri was great, professional, knowledgeable, funny, and relieved our stress. Use this company!!!
They did a great job. I would recommend them. Fair price.
