Rainforest Rooms

We had previously had apps with this place couples massages for our anniversary I made the appt online they immediately texted me and asked to move my appt time which I was fine with. So we booked couples massages again for Valentines day at 330pm. We got there 15 mins early went in sat down. A women who worked there came out asked if we were the ? Couple I said no we are the Hamilton she said OK. We sat there she stood behind the desk another customer walked in and she immediately took her back to the room came out again stood there with us then went back into the room. We still sat there my husband got up and looked at the computer where he clearly saw our name for a 330 appt time. We had dinner reservations at 515 so he tried calling them as now we had been acknowledged by one of the workers and we had been sitting there for 40 mins and were not going to able to wait any longer or we would miss our dinner plans. After calling 3 times one of the workers I believe the owner came out and said we do not have anyone at 330 he said you do I see our name on your computer she said oh no one notified you we do not have 2 massage therapist available right now they should have canceled with you they clearly didn't or we wouldn't have sat there for 40 mins on Valentines day. She said oh sorry. We said why wouldn't your other employee tell us that 40 mins ago she looked us up she was like I'm not sure. So I would definitely not recommend you waste your time making an appointment here. It would've been frustrating having out appt canceled after driving 40 mins to get there but to let us sit there for 40 minutes and not say anything was very disrespectful and not good customer service ud83dude11 very disappointed ...

Hands down the best massage I have ever gotten in my life! As someone who gets massages on a monthly basis, I have experienced many different practitioners, and I can say with certainty that you won't find anyone better than Brittany!

Angelica did a great job. A peaceful and relaxing setting.

I live in Buffalo and this place is WELL worth the drive. Super relaxing and thorough. I won't go anywhere else!

Brittany is a ninja with hands. (Not that ninjas don't usually have hands. I hope I haven't offended any ninjas.) But anyway, she works miracles with my messed up shoulders and manages to get me functioning again every time I do something to them. This is definitely the place I will be going for massage needs from now on.
