New Tokyo Massage Spa

Salon seemed a bit messy, three customers left before they sat me down and noticed that the workers immediately go on their phone instead of cleaning their station of the nail dust or any cleaning in general. I overheard a customer tell her nail tech several times what color she wanted and how she wanted her nails done, the tech replied with “too late, this color is better” and completely ignored her shape request. I should’ve left when I heard that since it was foreshadowing the work I was going to get. I got gel powder done since they don’t do the usual acrylic and my nails are very chunky, they look like long square “bubble nails” when I asked for coffin, the shape changed (obviously) when the powder was applied but he didn’t shave the acrylic down and didn’t shape it well. not to mention that the tip size on half my nails don’t line up and some are longer/ shorter than others. The guy answering the phone was very nice though and doesn’t pressure you into getting something that you don’t want. Not sure to give a 1 or 2 stars I’ve never written a review but I had higher hopes for this place, hopefully they just had a bad day.

This place has a great massage therapist. I walked in with a lot of back pain and left feeling amazed and brand new again! Awesome!

I had no wait and the staff was friendly. The massage was first rate and relieved my neck and shoulder tension. I will definately return.

Today was my first time visiting this salon and it was an amazing experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Customer service was not the same for everyone. Will not be returning.
