I order online and drove 30 minutes. I received the wrong product. Call when i git home the manager ensured me i will have it the next day LIES. was treated unfairly at the store and had unpleasant experience with this company overall. Call the store to ask when my product will be here. Bob the manager was short. And hung up. i cant returned the product and get my money back because it us the wrong product. Very disappointed. I just lost $20. And home made a $5 profit on giving my a cheap product that does not fit that i did not order. Never buying from this store again. You never deliver on time. Never have the product that you say. Great i travel to this store and was given the wrong product that i cant return. Rob the poor little by little and stay rich. Stuck with some i cant use or return.

Great experience ordering online and being notified that my order was ready. Curbside process is very well organized. Much better than other stores. Inside shopping is also organized and well stocked. I was pleasantly surprised.

I went to the Home Depot in Wappingers Falls NY on 11/4/20. I was in need of some plumbing parts for what I perceived as a difficult repair that I had never done before. I received some invaluable help from the two guys who were working the plumbing section that day. They guided me to the parts that I had on my list and gave me some good advice on how to use them. As a result, I was able to do the repair to my bathroom sink and it turned out great. Thanks guys. Your assistance was much appreciated.

I purchased a storage shed in a very heavy box. The sales persons were very helpful in getting it down from the top shelf ! Even helped me load it into the awaiting pick up.
