I love this office so much and the staff is absolutely amazing! Ann was very knowledgeable and helped me to create a great plan to heal my acne. Alisha at the front desk was also awesome. She is so welcoming and it creates a great atmosphere when visiting.

Thank you for the understanding and directions by the lovely receptionist Alisha. She was patient and understanding. I really like Stanley Anderson and came up from Binghamton area to see him. This is a great skin and vein clinic group. They work hard and fit you in , in a timely manner. Alisha was so nice. I explained I was new at driving standard and assisted me greatly. She was great at doing covid procedures as well. Very professional and a great receptionist. Lovey at Binghamton is another one I wanted to mention was always great to me. Stanley Anderson is the only dermatologist I will see as he is kind and understands mental health issues they go along with the ailments that I have. Dr Dohner runs an A plus practice and I commend them for the amount of time they put into their locations and dedication to patients. They even do a newsletter send reminder cards, Christmas cards and are great at marketing techniques that are genuine and make sure you know when to come. I won't see any other dermatologist than Stanley Anderson. I like the Norwich location. The only thing that I can say that can use improvement is the outside of the building the medical sign from a bit away looks like a cross and I passed it. So some kind of signage would he recommended. I realize this is up to the building owner, and not NY Skin and vein, inside signs are very clear where to go. Just advice so people are on time for first appointments. It is mixed into a residential neighborhood and be sure to leave 15 minutes early to find it. Inside it's clearly labeled and where Stanley Anderson is. It is near the Ford Dealership and Ford. Thanks .
