Terrible customer service. I had picked 3 different carpets that I was told were in stock. Every time I picked the next one I would get a text saying “sorry it’s not available “. Picked the one went to the store paid in full and left. Not 20 minutes later again- sorry it’s not there.nI really wanted my house done before the holidays so I picked one last carpet. It came in on a Tuesday with no pad. They were supposed to be at our house on Thursday 830 they came at 1130.nI was told that “something “ would be done to compensate all the issues. Nothing has been done. I won’t hold my breath.nDo not shop there
In the midst of the pandemic, Terry Scott of CCC, Olean was a huge help. Everything was done virtually. Stress free. Great communication. Fair price. The installation took place on the originally scheduled date. Our installer Will did a very professional job. Good clean up too. Will not hesitate to return or recommend. Thank you!

Friendly staff, very knowledgeable! I love my new flooring! Installers were very nice and stayed extra to finish my flooring! They also came back the same day I called to address a concern I had with one piece. They replaced it within an hour and were very friendly throughout the process!
I had Custom Carpet Center put down two new floors., the floors are beautiful!!!! We couldn't be any happier with the way they turned out. Have already showed them off and I know they will be getting more business because of the workmanship and selection. One more room to go and we will be using Custom Carpet Center in Olean, NY.
