The past few times I have been here they never get my order right. Today, I asked for a power breakfast veggie egg white sandwich and get sourdough bacon sandwich with two full eggs? When you call the line is always busy yet when you go there the lobby is empty. Not worth the aggravation any more when Rumbrook is down the street that sells breakfast sandwiches too among many other things.
It was fine. There was nobody there for 45 minutes while we sat in the lobby, and the lobby tables were covered in bagel toppings. The toilet seat was disgusting and there are no paper towels.
It's a small Dunkin. But they've always had what I wanted. I don't go to Dunkin, or ANY coffeeshop, very often ~ only when traveling or for special occasions. In this case, I wanted Munchkins to bring to a friend's house. Everything went off without a hitch. I've grown up with dunkin so there's nothing exciting about it to me -- it's just the coffee & donut place I've been going to my whole life. If I received exceptional customer service, I'd give it 5 stars, but it's always very benign -- nothing to complain about, nothing to rave about.
Donuts suck and way over priced
They've always done it well, and done it right the first time for me.
