As far as customer service, each time I have visited this location, it has been very good. I couldn't decide what drink I wanted on this particular day and I chose poorly...I LOVE sweet tea. I ordered a large sweet tea with two splenda...not good, AT ALL. It tasted just like coffee, it seems that they used the same pot to brew the tea that was used to brew the coffee. I paid almost $3.40 for this drink...I did not take it back or complain, as I was headed in the other direction. The service was very good, but the drink was less than desirable...so 3.

This Dunkin is THE BEST. The staff is ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY & FAST. My drinks always taste amazing.

Not the best. Some staff are fantastic and some are terrible. Our order was incomplete and they never said anything till I came back in to tell them and it was due to them not having the item.

Absolutely the WORST establishment that I have ever been to in my life! They messed up every single one of my sandwiches on our order, I specifically asked for a vegan sandwich and they put egg and cheese on the sandwich, to which my wife (who has been vegan for quite sometime) almost instantly threw up, and to make matters worse she got food poisoning from the undercooked food that we did not even ask for! We were supposed to be vacationing in NH for the winter, yet half the time spent here was at an Urgent Care due to the negligence at this establishment... the worst!

I have been to this location four times now and they have yet to get my coffee correct or in a timely fashion. Bore employee interaction.
