Everytime I visit the Dunkin Donuts in Somersworth, NH I honestly have a wonderful experience everytime! The ladies here definitely know what they are doing! Taking my order in a friendly, fast, efficient, and happy go lucky attitude! They treat everyone like they are family! I now will not go to any other Dunkins because I know they will not compare to the service I get at this particular location. My coffee is always perfect. I don't even ask them to melt the sugar but they do it every time and even shake it also. I love the workers! Thanks for your amazing customer service! I'm a Somersworth Dunkins Girl for life. I am wondering if you have to fail an IQ test to work at this particular Dunkin donuts. After throwing the card back at me I called the manager, they tell me I was extremely rude and not to come back when all I did was correct their mistake at the window. Hung up the phone on me. I call back they say they'll give me a full refund. They only refunded half my order...

Since rochester got rid of third shift opening I've resorted to waiting until 4 AM when the north Main street location opened up. Two days this week they have not been open. Are staff members making their own schedules now or is this going to be a regular thing. I understand staffing issues and the pandemic but there are people who still work the night shift and need our Duncan's?
