Wrost Customer service! Cold food employees not wanting to fix anything they messed up on
It took like 30 minutes to order our food. They forgot to give us stuff. And one of the breakfast sandwiches was NOT good!nnThere was one lady who was really nice, though. So I'm thanking her for being kind! (I don't know her name)
Coffee is great at Dunkin...... 8 sugar 6 creme xlg . Not a difficult order. 90 percent of the time the Dunkin app over charges and the coffee is incorrect. Ugh. Aroma Joe's, here I come! Worst Dunkin’ in the universe;nThe place was slammed (normal I’m pretty tolerant in those times). One employee walks out on break with a pack of smokes in her hand and another carries on a 5-minute conversation with a customer, all while I wait for my single coffee which they made in the wrong size and tasted horrible.nnStay away if you can.
