Made my purchase and they put on the right cord I needed. They do not come with one. Quick friendly service over all. They require masks and social distancing for covid

Alright, so my boyfriend and I decided to take a trip to Gorham on Saturday, October 24 because we received a flyer in the mail the day before about some recliners that were a REALLY good buy. The trip is only about 30-40 minutes from our home near Bethel, Maine, so it was nice to choose, spur of the moment, to take the a little cruise.nnWe got to top furniture and after our usual bickering about wearing masks into a store, we decided to go in and find these recliners. Upon entering, there was a couple receiving help from one of the sales people and we headed in the direction of the nearest recliners. As we ventured forth, we ran into a sales person (whom I cannot recall his name) ready to take us by the horns! After explaining that the models we were looking for were on back order and probably wouldn't be in until November-ish due to the lack in manufacturing during the COVID 19 pandemic, he took around the store to view different recliners that we may like just as much as the ones we had seen in the advertisement.nnLet me tell you... we don't have any children, but boy did my boyfriend's face light up in just about every recliner he sat in just as a five year old boy's would on Christmas morning to see his first kids dirt bike. See, we were using a couch in our living room that is a crazy bright red color and it is broken. After at least a year of him saying the couch wasn't broken (a spring would pop and he would have to pick up the cushion and replace the spring in the correct spot), he was finally past the stage of denial. He happily hopped from one recliner to the next. He finally settled on this green lazy boy and I settled with a brown one.nnDuring check out, the poor sales man was subjected to my random comments. He laughed, my boyfriend was embarrassed to go out into public with me, and we bought the two recliners!nnOverall, the experience was excellent and I would recommend that specific sales man to everyone. He had a good sense of humor, knew his videogames, and deserved every cent of commission he made - I'm basing this on the fact that he convinced us to buy over $1k of merchandise when we were looking at no more than $700. Keep up the good work, sales man, and I hope you choose to order the new Assassins Creed on your new Xbox console.

We traveled 2 hours this morning to pick up an ordered item that had come in. Checked web site before leaving and showed open. It was due to positive covid tests. Wasted morning. If your going to post open and closed on your site try keeping it accurate.

Purchased a new Maytag washer dryer from them and I am having problems with washer. Very unhappy with their service. After almost 50 years of strictly buying from them, that has now ended!
