I am a linehaul driver for FedEx. Thats why I go there
Feels like going to prison. You must be buzzed in to collect your packages, they don't have a formal customer service counter, so you must enter the sorting area and walk around all the equipment. Seems they would make it easier to get your packages by having a dedicated customer service area.
they have trouble delivering to the correct address and when they get called they won't come back to get the package to get it to the correct address
Very BAD delivery service!!
