As the only coffee place in town I get you might not feel the need to be competitive or offer exceptional services but in the last two weeks my orders have had something wrong with at least one item on every order every time. Your drive thru efficiency and quality of food put through the drive thru window has been consistently sub par. I apprcaite this business being a staple of the community but you should have your staff act like they care about your store and your customers.
I love this Dunkin.The people are great,friendly and fast.
The staff is friendly and the coffee is good
