We have purchased all of our computer, iPhone and iPad devices through Lakes Region Computer over the last 15 years. When it is time to set them up or fix a problem they have always helped in a competent way and assured a positive outcome. This last visit by Jo , to our home to take care of a complicated problem, was no exception. He was polite, knowledgeable and went way beyond my expectations. We are so fortunate to have them available for all our computer needs. Thank you for all you do!

Once again, Tom K. saved the day! And my wallet. He is a tech guru! He is efficient, funny, and brilliant in knowing just how to revive our ancient Mac workhorses. Truly a remarkable team of people at LR Computer who are always a pleasure to deal with whether for a purchase or a dreaded repair. And, they are reasonably priced. Go there. You will be glad you did.

I worked with Elena the manager in the past and this week she helped me solve multiple email and Google and Microsoft related issues that have been plaguing me for months. She even went so far as to reach out to the two main companies to determine why they weren’t working properly together on an issue. While I was in there they were at least two other people that complemented her knowledge and helpfulness. Their service is unparalleled in this day and age and they are a pleasure to work with and fortunate to have someone as smart, persistent and personable as Elena.

Every experience there has been wonderful; they are helpful, knowledgeable, responsive, and patient. I just want to give some recognition to Ian Davis. Last weekend he helped me upgrade my iPhone SE to the newer edition and, as always, he was very friendly, helpful, and professional. It was a Sunday afternoon and he was in the store by himself and found that he had more than a few customers at once. He kept his cool and was able to juggle all of our varying needs such that everyone appeared happy with the service they received and left the store satisfied with their experience. I usually end up at Lakes Region Computer a few times each year and I've seen Ian in action several times. Whether he is working directly with me or I see him helping other customers, his knowledge, professionalism, and kindness has always stood out to me.
