The staff were very helpful and friendly. They let us shop on our own and never pressured us to buy anything. When we did decide to buy I asked about price matching and the store associate looked up the price for the couch at Nebraska Furniture Mart and they beat the price. We really enjoyed shopping there.

We’ve purchased several recliners from Ernie’s over the past year. The sales people are friendly, honest and helpful. I know I can trust them to meet my needs. They go out of their way to make sure we’re satisfied. If you’re looking for good service and reasonable prices, this is the place! It’s worth the drive!
Live out of town, called to see if something was in stock and pricing before driving there. The lady who answered the phone said everyone was busy and I would have to leave my name and phone number and someone would call me back. I never received that call back. They lost out in a 5000.00 sale. I realize it was a Saturday and probably very busy but if you are going to promise something, then deliver on that.
Great customer service and selection. They care about their customers. Definitely the place to go over any chain store!
