I never received my package, My mom paid $80 on shipping to send me some snacks I like from Florida and I never got it, When I called them they said they will open an investigation and will call me right back, never received a call that day, I called this morning and their answer was that the case was close and there was nothing they could do about it, they couldn't even give me a reason why I never got my package, they stole from us, still haven't received the money back. I hope the driver that was supposed to deliver my package that day gets fired.
Cant get a real person on the phone and can get $5000 medication to location in a timely manner. Priority overnight means before 10:30 am and it is almost 2 pm
Its easy to get ahold of them if there is a problem. It would be nice thou if my driver didnt leave my packages in the middle of my yard in the gravel/dirt/grass/cat poop... I have 2 porches by both doors. ud83dude44
