They literally never answer the phone. Have called appliances at least 10 times. Have not answered. Horrible
Went in looking for items for a project and was helped by a very knowledgeable person. The next time we ordered a bunch of moving boxes online and went in and the process was expedient in picking them up. Always find the people here friendly and helpful.
We went to Lowes the other day to purchase a new faucet. We found a faucet that was on clearance and took it up to the cashier to purchase it. It rang up at the regular price. Thinking it may have been put in the wrong place I took it back from the cashier and went to check the shelf. It was the correct faucet and was ringing up incorrectly. They honored the clearance price and we saved a good amount of money on it. The floor associate was very helpful in helping us get the right price.
Trying to buy doors and windows for a house renovation. Absolutely no customer service at all. Asked three associates for help. All they did was call over the intercom for customer service at doors and windows. Waited almost an hour with no assistance. Will be making my purchase at Home Depot.
Very nice place to shop they had great Labor Day weekend prices bought a new washing machine and the staff was very helpful and friendly thanks guys.
