I had a young man named Noah help me today , replacing my screen and also putting a camera protector. It was around 2pmnExcellent demeanor and quite knowledgeable about my phone. He had a professional yet friendly manner about himnHe is an employee worth holding on to.nCustomer service means a lot to me.nSo thank you for the exemplary interaction today. We went to the other AT&T store in town first. The guy didn't even ask us for our account information to see if we were eligible for upgrades or anything. He told us since we were looking at prepaid phones we were better off going to Walmart because the phones were cheaper there. So we went to this store where we have ALWAYS received exemplary customer service. We will ALWAYS go to this store in the future. And not hesitate to refer our friends and family to this store. Noah was patient, answered all our questions knew how to get our phone up and going, including putting the screen protector on. He took the time to go through our plan and phone options and we ended up with a better plan and phone for nearly the same cost as what we were paying before. This store and the staff here are some of the best I've come across in all my years of cell phone service.

My husband and I came into the store after purchasing our phones through AT&T sales. We were told that when they arrived to go into our nearest store to have them activate them, port over our old numbers and to show them my employee discount code.nWhen we got there the store was empty- we were the only customers in the store, with 3 employees sitting around. A lady named Rachael came forward. We explained why we were there. She then 10asked me why we didn't come into the store to purchase our phones. To which I responded I didn't think about it. Then she tells us that we could have activated them at home by just calling the number thats all she is going to do. To which I responded the AT&T person told us to come in, so that's what I am doing. Then she returned to why we didn't purchase from them and support a local business. At this point I quit responding, obviously customer service is NOT this woman's strong suit. My husband responded we were told that we could get a better deal through them/online. She responded we can provide the same deals. OK, we didn't know. In the middle of this she was activating our new phones. I wanted to double check that the right numbers were being ported over to the right phone. She was snappy about it and responded she is activating them based off the number on the side of the boxes. I then mentioned I had a SD card in my old phone I needed to put in the new one since she had the tool out to install the SIMs this would have been a perfect time to grab it and put it in also, she snapped and said she can only do one thing at a time.nDuring all of this the other 2 employees were just sitting around doing nothing. A 4th came out of the back, we assumed a manager maybe?nWe then began going through the step by step phone set up. She was short when we were asking what do we do here? Like it was a total inconvenience for us to ask or that we were stupid for asking.nAt the end some of my contacts did not load over and she said that we needed to do a smart switch. I was like OK..... how do I do that? So she clicks on the screens and goes to it then explained how to but tells us to do it at home because it takes awhile.nnIf we had gone into the store to swap carriers and this woman was our first interaction with AT&T I can say with certainty I would not have switched. The customer service was HORRIBLE. Immediately after walking out my husband and I looked at each other and were like WHAT THE HECK?! He asked me if I'm going to call and complain or is he?

Rachel was very friendly & helpful. Nice, clean store & very convenient location. Was very impressed with the sales & discounts I received. Would definitely recommend this store & Rachel!
