we initially had a good experience but upon going to the store and speaking with one of the workers who was NOT the store manager, the experience took a turn south.nnThe young man in question was very condescending--talking down to Tom, or at least he felt so, in front of multiple people, partly, I think because he had not correctly filled out the application.nnAs it was the first time to use this type of store under no circumstances would I ever even consider this one again. If you do consider it. speak only to the manager and under no circumstances make a mistake.
Stop in and talk to Josh, he's a good guy and will get you set up right.
Don't go here! If your late they call your references looking for you! Who does that?Predatory lenders like these guys should be banned.

The sales associates are absolutely great. They always treat us respectfully and very kind. The items we purchased were in great condition, ace had a great selection and the pricing is reasonable. Payments are scheduled and can be rescheduled accordingly. Ace rent to own is really a great place to go when you need anything for your home or electronic needs, allowing you to take home or have delivered by making a down payment and continuing weekly payments to complete the agreement. We have been customers for about 5 years and are happy with our choice.
