I had a pallet delivered to my residential address and had no issues. The lift gate truck took care of the heavy delivery and the driver helped me get it up my driveway with the pallet jack. The driver was patient in letting me check over the item and even pointed out a point of damage on the box (no damage to the item though). Good experience, I'd be happy to see an item coming through Dohrn in the future.

Product showed up damaged. Acted like it wasn't there fault when I talked to them on the phone. Wouldn't use this shipping company again.

Tried to stop a driver from doing a U turn in our park lot to keep him from destroying the pavement any worse than it already is. He refused to stop and physically challenged me with his truck!! ( I was on foot) As he drove he told me it was to late and did it any way. Never stopped!!!nNo he didn't deliver here and never will !!!
