Great customer service and work conditons.
Unprofessional and unreliable at best.
Paid for next day delivery of a critical piece of equipment, which still hasn't arrived two days later. No way to track the pkg or find out where the heck it is. If they don't have the ability to deliver in the promised timeframe, they should be upfront with the companies who are paying them so they don't make promises they can't keep. Now MY business is among those not able to meet it's commitments because these guys didn't get the job done.
I put 1 star because here is no option to put 0.The most terrible company I worked with! The company doesn't know anything about how to do business. Customer service at ZERO level!nIf you have any problems or issues be sure that they don't care! No one will help you and solve your problems. They absolutely don'tnrespect carriers! I've been in this business for more than 7 years and I've never seen such ignorish attitude!
