I have now taken part in two auctions from Rine and both times had issues. I was willing to overlook the first one when an item I won the bid on they didn't place a quantity number with it and read as a whole lot. When I went to pick it up they said it was by the piece and it was 15x more than what I bid if I wanted it. This past week i took part in another auction and was awarded a winning bid but was called and told the that there was no such item it was a mistake and then the owner tried to tell me the other items that were the same item I won at a low cost went for $120 to $140 each and I know it was between $50-$100 (because I was bidding on them also). I will not attend every again or recommend using them for your auctions. Poor Business practices

I would not participate in an auction with this company as a bidder or as a seller. They intentionally misrepresent products and take action to hide defects. Calling them unethical is being kind. Please do yourself a favor and heed the warnings in the reviews. As a seller, imagine how much lower the return on your auction will be if the consensus of the buying pool seems to be that this house treats people unfairly. Run, don't walk. There are many auction companies to choose from.

I drove 30mins to purchase a chair they advertised on Facebook for 40$. They miss advertised, it was not the same chair and asked more for the chairs then they had said. That was not the problem. The receptionist Jackie, was very rude and inconsiderate. Going as far as name calling to demean me and my age. Was not at all impressed. On the other hand the owner Tom was more that a top notch gentleman and if you are going to make a deal with Rine auctioneers, I urge you to try and get a hold of this man.

Scam. Fraud. Theft. Rine Auctioneers has it all. I DO NOT recommend buying from Tom at this company. He has stolen from me and misrepresented the office products he sold to me.

I have repeatedly gone to the auctions these folks have. I have outfitted a few offices and my home with some amazing high quality furniture and other items. Always a bargain to be found at one of their auctions and there is always extremely friendly staff to assist.
