They did a subpar installation of tile in our shower and didn't even finish grouting. We also had some broken floor tile right after they were done. I spoke with them about this and they first asked if we'd dropped anything on it, which we of course didn't. Then, after speaking with them about coming out, they tell me an electrician dropped their level on it. Why not tell me this from the beginning, if that's true?nnI've contacted them several times and they eventually get back to me, but don't actually call me back, they text; very unprofessional. They tell me that they'll be back out and never come out and don't let me know they won't be coming.nnPoor customer service. Please don't use them; use a more reputable company..a company that is true to its word and is reliable.
