Staff is very professional, attentive and clear on their instructions. I was able to get the document I required on a single visit. Their peers in Mexico should emulate the service disposition the consulate personnel displays in Omaha.

Was greeted by a lovely lady at the front desk. I had a couple of questions. She got me the pamphlets and information I needed and gave me some good advice.

Very rude, doesn’t help the clients. They never answer the phones. Their service is horrible. The women at the entrance desk was unhelpful. A couple of men walked in for help for their passports and they explained it was an emergency, she then goes to tell them that they can’t come in unless they have an appointment, the men then explain how they have been trying to get an appointment by calling but they never answered their phones. The women at the front desk then asks them if they have proof of their emergency and tells them she can’t serve them unless they have an appointment or proof.

People out here are so rude this young guy was being so uptight and rude to my mom all because she was asking questions about something that did not make sense to her, he went about “no me esta escuchando lo que le dije” like what? It’s your job to help, if we have any questions be more polite next time, if he’s so exhausted with helping customers then he should quit. But there was no reason for him to talk that way.

The great and noble work the folks do here. I'm proud to call the Consulate de Mexico our friend and neighbor. We haven't been the best neighbor. We apologise.
