I went into the store today to find a dress and I love tj maxx and the good deals so I was sure I would find something here. I was only inside for a couple if minutes and looked through one rack because i could not take the, what I assume was the manager. She was running around like a chicken with her head cut off barking orders at her staff and yelling across racks of clothes. I left with out really even looking because of the environment that she created. Not a relaxing or fun way to shop at all.

I have shopped at T.J. Maxx over many years and have bought many nice leather purses there in the past. I have been frequenting them less and less for purses because over the years the quality has really gotten poor: plastic hardware, less leather items, cheaper quality materials. Very unfortunate.

You know what makes T.J.MAXX a great experience besides great finds? THE PEOPLE. Three employees really deserve special recognition.nAlyssa, Remie and Alana. All three were working the registers.nnMy sister my mother and I shopped and had many items. The ladies we're kind, patient and so friendly! We even ended up buying more than planned because we asked for their honest opinions.nT.J. Maxx is very fortunate to have these amazing ladies work together as a great team and wonderful representatives.nnDo all you can to keep them happy they deserve it especially since it can't be easy during these times.nnWe can't wait to see them and shop with you again!nnTroia family
