Slow to contact you about your prescription. Never seem to have what my doctor orders. Today’s order was not covered by my insurance and when the Tech went over the options, the pharmacist later said she was wrong but had the audacity to ask if I thought my doctor didn’t understand what she prescribed. Last I knew it’s the pharmacist that knows what insurance covers. Can’t believe he was so rude to disparage our doctor instead of answering some questions from a customer.

I was calling to compare prices for a prescription, I will stick with my pharmacy I normally go to even though I got a discount for the prescription I am to be taking. Walmart Pharmacy wants to charge me $150.14 for the prescription and I can go to Walgreens and get the same thing for $37.00.. Walmart this is another reason I will not shop at your store and the reasons continue to keep me away...
