She made a heart wrenching task surprisingly effortless. She isn't in it for the money or to take families for all they have when they are already mourning the loss of a loved one. I cannot say enough awesome things about Susan at Pioneer Memorial to even begin to show you just how awesome if an individual this lady is. She handled my mother with the dignity and respect that she deserves without charging us an unbearable amount of money! Thank you Susan, you are nothing short of amazing!
