Honestly not one to complain they made a mistake with my food which is fine but by the end of it I was the one apologizing because he was making me feel like it was my fault. I understand theyre busy in the morning but good customer service literally takes two seconds. A simple “I’m sorry” for the mistake after I had to drive back and apologize would of been nice. Just completely rude.
Cold food, English muffin was maybe frozen prior to my order. Hot coffee served cold.... :/ I'll stick with my L street location. They don't ever disappoint..
This Dunkin is right my by house and my work! It just makes sense to go here. I was getting iced lattes all summer and they were excellent. Then about 3 months ago things started to decline. The same drink never tastes the same. I’ve tried ordering it different ways to find a flavor I like, but honestly each time it taste like chemicals. I don’t really know how drinks are made. There are 3 employees that work there, that when I order I know I am going to get a wonderful iced latte.
Had a French Cruller and it was extremely dry and flavorless.
Drive thru takes 3 minutes per person, sometimes more, every single time I go which is just ridiculous. Also the food is inconsistently hot/well made and the inside is always dirty/trashy. You can tell that management doesn't care and neither do the employees. Avoid this place until further notice.
