Worse experience I’ve had at a scooters yet! The “manager” was so rude and disrespectful and when I asked for his name to report to the store owner or to scooters for my dissatisfaction he declined to give it to me stating he was u comfortable? Tried to charge me for a bagel I didn’t order and didn’t make my drink right and tried to tell me it was right and I was wrong!! I have ordered this same drink for months I’d think I know what adding heavy cream (light brown color) and not adding cream (basically black coffee) looks like! He sighed and rolled his eyes at me several times!
My kids love the pinkity drinks, frozen are my favorite.
I recently had a not so great experience at scooters and had sent in an email regarding how I felt. Scooters was quick to respond and fix the situation. Alex, the manager at this location, personally reached out to me to correct what had happened.nThis was excellent customer service and I can’t express how much I appreciate their swiftness and willingness to make sure I was happy. I will keep coming back!
I love this location, but tonight the ladies decided to close earlier than 9pm. Didn’t want to answer at the drive thru, and even after I went in the store (prior to 9pm), they didn’t serve me. Sad sad night.
This place is so good! Its a nice atmosphere, great workers! Good drinks! I have to say this is better than Starbucks! And whoever is reading this you should get the mocha with no expresso and a double chocolate muffin! Putting them together is so good!!!!! I recommend it! Good job scooters!
