THE WORST COFFEE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! My first time going to a Scooter’s. Went through the drive thru but was not asked if I wanted cream or sugar. I assumed they would provide individual ones but I was wrong. Woman at window offered to add both and handed it back to me with the warning “it’s kinda full.” That was an understatement. It was almost as if they were able to fill it above the rim. When I took the lid off (assuming it would be too hot to drink through the lid) it spilled everywhere. Luckily I was stopped but my pants were soaked. The coffee was ok, but not hot. Not a happy customer and inexcusable. They could have poured some out before adding cream. Why not ask the customer if they’d like cream or sugar when they order if you’re not providing individual ones at pick up??

I like this location due to its seating area. They have always been helpful when suggesting drinks and making changes to drinks.
Like to stop here after I turn around and democracy Park and head south on the Keystone Trail good place to get a blended caramel icious and a breakfast burrito
