I had a great experience buying from Morris Furniture. My dad had just returned from St. Mary's in Rochester after having 3 heart surgeries. His mobility was limited and he has to sleep in a chair for a month. I felt a lift chair was what he needed. From the minute I arrived at Morris the service I received was excellent. They explained all the details about each lift chair that they sell to help me pick the best one for my dad's needs. They were willing to arrange delivery at the time that worked best for us. As a business owner myself, I know the importance of good quality customer service and and that is exactly what I received from them. My dad loves his new lift chair and it will truly help his quality of life now and in the future.

My family had terrible experience with this shop. Do not shop here. Poor services and they do not stand behind their furniture when it breaks.
