The Measuring Cup: A Kitchen Collection

I will never shop here again. Be REALLY careful shopping here. Make sure you NEVER have to return anything. I bought a pasta-making attachment at full price (not on special) and then got home & decided I didn't want to haul out my kitchen aid mixer every time I make pasta. So I returned to the store the very next day & was told I could only get store credit. REALLY? So after discussing this a bit and how this policy doesn’t feel right I still left only with a store credit.nnI then lost or misplaced my paper numbered credit slip. The owner keeps records that shows I was issued store credit & claims she has no way of knowing whether I used the credit or not. REALLY? I now have started by contacting the attorney general’s office who said my first step was to ask the owner to re-issue the credit and as said the owner has an obligation to track store issued credits. The owner is very unsympathetic & choose not to re-issue the store credit. So, the owner claims she can see that she issued the credit, but can’t see if it’s ever been used. REALLY? Basically I feel the owner has stolen from me and has no ethical standards. I will continue to turn my house upside down looking for the piece of paper the store credit is on.nnSorry I have to go down this road as I like to support small local business, but not when they have poor business ethical standards.

Great selection of kitchen & cooking supplies at fair prices. I also appreciated the friendly, knowledgeable staff, as well as easy parking. I'll check here first whenever I need anything for the kitchen.
