Wonderful experience! Welcoming & professional staff, very clean, comfortable facility. Even with upper-level units, you can drive your car to a roofed area right next to the elevators, and there are plenty of big carts to wheel things up. When I needed to transfer to a larger unit, Paula helped me look at the size options and was able to give me a discount.
I really like the controlled climate atmosphere. It is a very secure location where you are able to pull your car in to unload plus you have to leave through an additional gate. The staff is very helpful and eager to answer any questions you have. 10/10 recommended.
This place is amazing!! The staff are friendly and they breakdown questions so I could understand them. also the unit is indoors which makes it very nice I can go through my stuff in a warm area. they provide dollies and cart for me to transport my things to the unit for free. The facility is very clean and well put together. And the price is really cheap compared to other facilities.
I worked with Paula and Greg, each on different days, and was very pleased. They were both very professional. I thought they explained everything to me in a clear concise manner. I appreciate how they made it all friendly and relaxed. I would not hesitate to use their services again.
