They increased the prices of my items while they were in my cart. When I asked the guy about it he denied it and when I sent him screen prints he said he wasn't responsible for the prices. Installation guy cut his hand and smeared blood over the white bed frame, which we cleaned up for him, but it shows they don't look over their work for quality control. They also left screws on the floor and banged the empty boxes down the stairs instead of carrying them out as a team. Also our dresser and chest are supposed to match but they have different handles (gray vs silver). But the prices are good and the quality of the furniture seems okay.
I've been here twice in the last month to buy furniture and the customer service has been very good. Great products for a great price. I will shop here again and would recommend this furniture outlet store to others.

Somewhat of a good selection of furniture. Only problem was, most of what we selected had a 2 to 3 month wait to get it.
