The woman with short brown hair and glasses in the furniture/mattress department has no respect for customers. My partner and I saw a bed that we liked online and stopped by (6/25/19 @ 430-5pm) to see the display that was here. The woman acknowledged us as we walked by her 20 minutes later. She was working with another customer which was fine so we waited on a bed. She storms over saying to get off the bed and that she’s in a middle of a sale right now in a demeaning way. I’m confused as to why we were to get off when these are floor models/samples to test and why she did not ask if we needed help when we were obviously waiting. I had to ask her for assistance in which she said to wait. I felt like she treated us this way because we looked young and maybe she thought we weren’t going to buy anything. With her distasteful customer service, I decided to go find another associate in the home department in which he then sent the manager to us. We ended up ordering a bed with her and she was lovely. I hope something is to be done with this sales lady. It seems like she’s been complained about a few times.
