Camera Mall has been great to work with from being able to rent equipment to their webinars and online education. The staff there are very friendly and great with answering questions across the board. I love going there for my photography needs as well as education.
Emma and Jared are amazing! Very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. They took time to listen to what needs my wife and I had and helped us find the right product for us. In the end they helped us find an excellent camera that was better suited for us and they saved us money as well. I chose to buy from this store not only because they were competitively priced but more so because of experience I had with Emma and Jared.
For me customer service is everything. My career is 100% customer service. So unfortunately I critique everything. I have been working with George Borel. My experience has been absolutely amazing. I am very fresh into pathography so I had a lot of questions. George answered everything for me in full and did not make me feel like I was being rushed. I appreciate the time and care I was given. I will continue to go here for all of my camera/photography needs. Absolutely top notch!!!

Extremely knowledgeable staff, and very helpful too! I purchased some film and also got some old film developed. The process was very quick and they answered all of my questions as someone new to film. I have recommended this place to all my friends who are just getting into film photography, too! Excellent!
