I had a very old phone that needed to be upgraded and the staff was very friendly and most helpful. They asked me some questions to find out what is best for my needs. They made a couple of suggestions, none of which were close to being the most expensive, and I am very happy with this phone that they recommended that I am writing this review with
In August, I transferred my parents from Verizon to my T-Mobile account and they got new iPhones. At the time I thought everything went as well as it could have, until just recently. My mom's iPhone prompted her to verify her trusted phone number listed for her Apple ID, which did not match her actual phone number. My dad's phone / Apple ID has the same issue.nnThe T-Mobile rep who sold us the phones and ported their numbers over from Verizon forgot to change the temporary numbers used for activation to their actual numbers after the port over was complete. In addition, they did not tell us we needed to do this. Had we been instructed to do this, we would have done it immediately at the store. Now, those temporary T-Mobile numbers that were used to port over my parents numbers have been issued to actual T-Mobile customers. It's been a huge pain in my butt to try to get the once temporary phone numbers removed from their phones and their actual numbers listed as the trusted phone numbers. Such a simple task that should be part of the T-Mobile Rep's new customer activation checklist is now causing a huge headache for me.
Frankly, their customer service is amazing. They're helpful, they're friendly, and they will try to get you the best deal possible and not just the best deal for T-Mobile - I mean, they literally saved me hundreds with a simple suggestion about something I didn't even know existed. I've gone in here for phone problems, upgrades, transfer of old phone stuff to new phone, and each and every time have left impressed with the staff.
WORLDS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BEWARE!!!!!! I had a issue with my phone no damage I took it to apple and they worked on it etc and had me take it back to the store so I could get a warranty replacement so I went to another store where they helped me and ordered the phone I was merely picking up my replacement phone from this location it was already approved and sent by corporate t-mobile I went to pick up my phone and the rude employee refused to give me the phone even after being told by corporate to give it to me. They would not provide store or district managers name or contact information I am still without a phone and had to have T-Mobile send it to my house so that I did not have to return to this store since the last two times I left in tears!!!!!
To whom it may concern,nI just want to express my appreciation for the acclimate named Tamara Turner who went above and behind to savage the memories of my old phone.nThe memories of my late mom that passed away three weeks ago. If Tamara didn't spend time to transfer files from old broken phone to my computer and from their to the new phone, I don't know what else should I do. Thank you Tamara for being an excellent customer service representative. The world be will be an excellent place with the kind and carrying people like you :)
