My husband and I went to LaVida for a massage for Valentines Day but we were a little late. The staff was very understanding and professional. They got straight to it and it was amazing. We enjoyed every minute of it. We booked another appointment and we're excited for that as well. Thanks to the staff for taking care of us! I would recommend to everyone to book a massage with them, you won't regret it!

I loved that Andrea was very friendly, welcoming and personable! She is the perfect person to receive customers! Even when my husband called to book my services she was super nice to him. He even did extensive research which is how he found this place to begin with. The spa was really calming overall, very relaxing. Samantha did an amazing job on my massage, she was highly recommended based on the reviews. She asked questions and was genuinely concerned about my comfort level and expectations. The restroom was very clean too. If I had to complain it would be that the massage services for regular customers are expensive, however I could see treating myself to a massage one every 3 months.

Craig was great. I have been having some issues with a knee and Craig stretched out all the muscles really well on that leg as well as the other and gave me a punch of pointers on how to continue a stretching regimen to keep the issues at a minimum. That segued into a great, intense massage that left me feeling relaxed and refreshed.

First of all, I have never written a review for a massage because I never though any warranted it....until now. The front of the house staff was very nice professional and friendly HOWEVER the star here is Chris the massage therapist. Hands down the best therapist I have ever had. He actually listened to what was wrong and worked on it. He clearly has passion for this and he has gained a client for a long time. Go see Chris.
