Wonderful!!! Lovesac specialist was knowledgeable and even while being trained and it was a Wonderful experience! The person she was being trained by was excellent at managing. She allowed her trainee to do most of the communicating but, was there for any questions or concerns! Very good experience!

Lovejoy, Logan, and rest of the staff made the process of purchasing our new furniture easy and stress free. We mostly worked with Lovejoy who was knowledgeable and super friendly! No pressure was ever felt like you get when purchasing furniture from other places. Logan took over towards the end of the purchase and had an excellent attitude and customer service. I am a leader in my field and I saw strong leadership qualities in how he worked with other customers in regards to maintaining safety in the facility while also keeping them happy. We had some issue with our bank and were there longer than expected straightening it out, and the whole staff was polite and made us feel welcome and comfortable. They were all very personable. We had an amazing experience and it was all thanks to the staff that was employed at this location. We will check there first when we add to our Lovesac collection.
Great experience at showroom! Very informative and knowledgeable associates. Logan was great! Very smooth experience from first introduction and education through to final purchase.
Logan at Somerset was amazing! He showed us all of the features, answered all of our questions, and didn’t rush us at all. The shipping was also incredibly fast. I can’t wait until our products arrive tomorrow!
