Be prepared to want everything you see. This is a great store with not only quality pieces but the accents are unique. We recently upgraded and did some improvements to our home inside and out. I purchased several quality items here and somenPatio additions. Our new patio area is covered so we had plenty of option choices. We are very happy with the unique quality it adds to both areas.

I have visited over the years and the attitude of the staff is the same every time: if you don't look like you are made of money you are invisible. I've gone there for my last time this past weekend. All of the business I intend to give now and in the future will be going to a competitor. It doesn't matter if you offer the best if your employees are not helpful.

I bought a couch from RH and joined their loyalty program, which is $100 per year. Be advised that when they charge your card each year they will first charge 3 cents, which they claim is to make sure the card is still active. This caused a fraud warning on my cc and my bank shut off my card. After speaking to RH’s customer service this is a common occurrence and complaint that they get, which nothing is being done about.

My husband and I are shopping for a sofa and had the pleasure of working with Sunday H today at the Somerset location. She is a dream sales associate! I’ve been in the store before and felt kind of dismissed by the staff, but she totally changed our experience for the better. She was warm and knowledgeable - we’re very much looking forward to our next meeting with her and the design team. RH, if you read these, give her a raise! She is a keeper.
