Nourish has the perfect combination of professionalism and personal touch. The facials and massages we received were world-class but we felt the personalism and special care from a small business. The Salt Cave was a great unique feature that was definitely worth the cost.nnThe skin technician was phenomenal. First facial treatment for me.nnThe massage was the best massage I can remember, coming from someone who has has a couple dozen in the past few years.

What an tranquil experience. My husband and I were walking home in downtown Rochester and just stumbled upon Nourish Mind Body & Soul. The owner was absolutely charming! We ended up staying for a first time Salt Cave session. So relaxing that we signed up for another. Can’t wait to try the massages too!
Expect an individualized, natural, and relaxing experience when visiting Nourish. Ive had massage, done the salt cave, foot detox, and facials. It’s hard to choose my favorite. Staff is kind and knowledgeable! 10/10 recommend
