Exceptional experience with Be Seated! Purchased a large reclining sectional from Chip.nChip was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. They had exactly what we were looking for and we couldn’t be more pleased. We spoke with Martin on the phone for updates and delivery, always very professional and anxious to answer questions. The delivery went flawlessly and the furniture looks better than we expected. We highly recommend Be Seated for your leather furniture. Wonderful customer service. High quality products. Amazing variety.

Be Seated is the best place in the area to buy leather seating. They have many different styles of American made chairs/sofas and best of all, you customize your furniture with a leather you pick out. In other furniture stores, they may have 2-3 different color options if you’re lucky. Here we had total control over the color (literally books full of options) and texture of our new couches. The delivery company was also great. They went above and beyond to make sure our furniture and home were protected all throughout the delivery process. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for high-quality, customizable leather furniture!

Fantastic business to deal with! Very competitive pricing on truly quality furniture.nThey even arranged for a very professional and courteous delivery of a large sectional 100 miles away.nA week after delivery we received a brand new matching cushion and didn't know why. Martin explained that he noticed a very minor discoloration on one of the delivered cushions and wanted it replaced. Jeez, we didn't even see it!nVery few professional and stand up businesses like this remain!nTHANK YOU BSL.........

Posting this for my father Rick M., as he bought 2 theater reclining couches from here and he doesn't have a google account... I was also with him when we went shopping and picked them out. Martin was just fantastic! Very professional and the quality of the furniture is very very excellent! Would like to mention that my dad needed some non-slip pads for the bottom of the couches/recliners because he has a wood floor and Martin sent him a bunch free of charge! He was soooo happy because nobody has ever done that for him in the past. Thank you, Martin for everything so much! We give Martin and Be Seated a 5 star review because they were worth it! We will be going back there again in the future for sure!!!

We purchased two leather recliners. It was difficult trying to match the color of our burgundy couch we already own. Chip and Martin were very helpful and went out of their way to make certain that we would be completely satisfied with our purchase. We just received our chairs and could not be happier!
